These terms govern your use of brippo.com — Brippo's marketing site. They do not govern your use of Brippo's payment products. If you are or become a Brippo customer, the commercial relationship and the handling of payment data are governed by the separate Customer Terms & Conditions provided by your account manager.
Who Brippo is
"Brippo" is Brippo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14493682, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.
Regulated payment services are provided by Stripe Payments UK Ltd (FRN 900461), authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Brippo never handles your funds.
What this site is
brippo.com is an informational and marketing site. It is not a payment-services portal. You can read about Brippo's products, request a demo, contact us, and access linked documentation at docs.brippo.com.
Pricing shown on the Pricing page is directional. The exact rates that apply to your account are in your Customer T&Cs.
Use of this site
You agree to use brippo.com lawfully and not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaches applicable UK law or another country's law that applies to you
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
- Use bots or automated tools to scrape content at scale
- Introduce malware, deny-of-service traffic, or any other code or traffic intended to disrupt the site
- Misrepresent your identity when contacting us through the site
Intellectual property
The brippo.com site, its content, design, code, logos and brand assets are owned by Brippo Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from the site without our written permission, except for ordinary browser-level activity (viewing, saving for personal reference, sharing public URLs).
"Brippo" and the Brippo wordmark are trademarks of Brippo Ltd.
Linked sites and third-party services
The site links to third-party services (e.g. our dashboard, our documentation, the Magento marketplace, processor websites). We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or availability.
